A licensed clinician reviews it
They decide whether care is appropriate, ask for anything missing, and may decline. Nothing is charged before that decision.
A pharmacy prepares anything prescribed
If a clinician prescribes, a licensed pharmacy prepares and ships it. You see the cost before you agree to it.

What it costs.
